Julia Marie

***Scroll down for lots of posts!

While we were in Siloam Springs, my friend Laura had her baby girl. She is absolutely gorgeous and looks just like her daddy. She is blessed to have Laura and Steven as her parents.

Prayers needed

Please pray for my sweet friend Christy. She teaches right next to me at school and we have such a great friendship. Her husband passed away suddenly due to complications with diabetes. Christy has 2 teenage sons. Her oldest graduates high school on Friday.

A celebration of 65 years of marriage

We traveled to Kansas, OK this weekend to celebrate Hilary's grandparent's 65 wedding anniversary. Here is the happy couple. Another happy couple.

This picture is all of the great-grandchildren and grandchildren.

Tulsa Zoo

Take me out to the ball game

Hilary's school played one of the other early childhood schools in a softball game.
It was a blast.

More of Little Rock/Hot Springs

This is Hilary's family on Saturday night. We went to an Italian restaurant right on Lake Washington. The view was beautiful from our table.
This is Binger, one of Lindsay's dogs. We also call him "grandpa."

This is Rocky. He followed Lindsay into their house and they rescued him. He is such a sweet dog.

Before graduation we drove up to Mountain Tower.
The view was incredible.

Mother's Day and Little Rock

Pic of My mom and Logan.
Logan is Hunter's new puppy.
Hunter is my youngest brother.

Zena and Bandit playing.
Zena is my parent's new dog.

Hilary and I went to the Little Rock zoo when we went to Lindsay's graduation.
Lindsay is Hilary's younger sister.

Unfortunately, the best picture we got of Lindsay in her graduation garb was this one:
I changed some settings on the camera just before she walked at the first ceremony and we forgot the camera in the car at the second.

A warthog we saw at the zoo.
He, and his tusks, were HUGE.

The Little Rock zoo has painstakingly trained all of their animals to pose for pictures. The zebras were excellent trainees, as you can see.

The Black Rhino was HUGE.

He was like a statue, I don't think he moved the whole time we stood there watching him.

This Grizzly Bear was so funny.
He was playing with this ball in his pool.
At least a half dozen times, he would sink it in the water and let it pop up and after he did it every time, he looked at Hilary and I like "Did you see that?".
His claws were as big as your fingers.

There are more things that we did in Little Rock and Hot Springs, hopefully I'll have time to put them on later.
And I sure hope there will be puppy pics to post later this week.

One last picture:
This is the whole crew.
We ate at a really good Mexican food place that was right near the lake in Hot Springs.
From left to right (the people besides Hilary and I) are: Sheryl - Hilary's mom, Lindsay - Hilary's sister, Vince - the token cubs fan and Lindsay's husband, and Rick - Hilary's dad

Hot Springs was gorgeous and Hilary and I are already talking about going back to see Lindsay and Vince. We really enjoyed the trip.
Good night for now - Heath
